It has had an extended time on the lees, allowing it to develop richness and complexity. Each bottle is riddled, disgorged, and lovingly labelled by hand.
This sparkling wine has a vibrant nectarine, citrus and white peach nose, with lemon, shortbread and pastry notes on the palate. Its abundant, creamy mousse is reflective of the time spent on the lees.
The gorgeous, fresh acidity and dryness of our Blanc de Blancs is the perfect pairing for seafood dishes like sushi, sashimi, oysters or scallops.
It was a Gold Award-winning wine at the 2023 WineGB Awards, and finalist for the Best Blanc de Blancs Trophy.
