MARASBY MARKET TERMS OF BUSINESS:
Thank you for joining Marasby Market and helping to grow the 1%. We’re so excited to work with you, and to share your amazing wines.
Marasby connects customers to the UK’s best winemakers and is committed to excellent customer service.
To achieve this, Marasby will:
- Help customers choose the best UK wines via accurate, accessible, online content and friendly, helpful, multi-channel support.
- Match producer-set cellar door prices, including promotional offers on producer sales channels.
- Promptly forward all orders to producers.
- Upon acceptance of an order by a producer, transfer payment to the producer within 1 working day.
- Upon confirmation of order dispatch, promptly notify the customer and supply them with tracking details.
- Offer first-line customer service via email and telephone to help customers choose wines and track their deliveries. We will be independently rated for our quality service by year end 2024.
In return, we ask wine producers to:
- Supply 1 sample bottle of each wine to be listed on the platform for photography, tasting notes and promotional activities.
- On receipt of an order, confirm acceptance to Marasby within 1 working day.
- Dispatch orders and confirm courier tracking details with Marasby within 2 working days. The following details will be required:
- Marasby order reference
- Name of courier
- Courier tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
- Respond to any requests for additional delivery information within 1 working day.
- Notify us promptly of any out of stocks.
- Notify us of any promotional prices available via producer sales channels.
GDPR Notice:
Marasby Market shares customer data with wine producers that is necessary to ensure delivery of the items they purchase, and so that customers can receive notifications of the progress of that delivery.
Under GDPR, producers are expected to keep such customer personal data supplied by Marasby secure and use it only for the purposes for which it is supplied.
Marasby customers have not consented to receive communications from wine producers other than for these purposes. As a result, they may regard receiving such communications as a breach of their rights under data protection law.
