What should you drink it with?

Whatever you like! While made using the same method as Champagne, it is softer and rounder than most Champagnes at this price point, so it works perfectly by itself, or with some cheese straws made using Old Winchester.  Lyme Bay Brut Reserve English Sparkling Wine is also great with a main course. Try with a light chicken and mushroom sauce. But don’t overcook the chicken or make the dish too lemony as this will impair the flavour of the wine.
