As the team at Westwell Wines describe it, their Ortega Skin Contact 2022 spent two weeks in contact with the skins, before being pressed and aged for six months in tank and old Burgundy barrels.
Aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle, followed by flavours of apricot and dandelion. Match with seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes.
