As Stopham Vineyard describes it, the Bacchus 2022 is dry, with elegant aromatics of elderflower, nettle and rose petal, which meet flavours of pink grapefruit and orange peel, which linger into the long, refreshing finish.
Delicious enjoyed as an aperitif, and matches excellently with fish curry, asparagus tart, and pan fried sea bass.
