This single vineyard Pinot Noir is bursting with aromas of ripe cherries and blackcurrant, with a smooth earthy finish.

The hot summer of 2022 allowed Shotley to achieve a high level of ripeness, giving the wine sufficient body and richness to age a proportion in oak barrels. The blend added complexity and hints of vanilla tones on the palate.

This wine pairs well with cured meats, cheese and game, and is best served very lightly chilled at 16ºC.

Shotley Vineyard has over 4,000 Pinot Noir vines planted in the late 1990’s.
