Katie and Umut at Riverview Crouch Valley describe their 2021 Pinot Noir as offering delicate floral notes and lifted red fruit aromas of strawberry, red currant and cranberry, with just a hint of smoke, orange peel and sweet spice on a lingering finish.

Extended hanging time on the vines ensured peak physiological ripeness was achieved. Fermented in small batches with manual pigéage to help with extraction of flavour and structure. Transferred to French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and further ageing for 12 months.

Small batch, only 900 bottles produced.
