Raimes Classic 2019 is a Chardonnay-dominant cuvée, remeniscent of the family’s favourite Champagne, Pol Roger. Like Pol Roger, it is is dry, delicate and finely bubbled, with elegant citrus fruit and notes of freshly-baked pastries.

Augusta Raimes describes her 2019 Classic as an elegant wine, the palate is very expressive with ripe citrus, stone fruit, apple and pear, soft fine mousse and delicate patisserie finish.
