America and Nick Brewer, owners of Oastbrook Estate, describe this as a deep cherry red English Sparkling rosé, which develops a splash of cherries and blackberries, herb, spice and dried Orange peel.
It has refreshing strawberry aromas with notes of brioche, which become accentuated after time in the glass with a long fresh finish.
