Oastbrook Sparkling Cuvée 2014 is rich, luscious and wonderfully complex, yet still surprisingly fresh, vibrant and youthful, despite substantial time lees-ageing and on the cork. While the blend has Chardonnay as its main component, for use the Pinots really shine through, with crunchy red apple skin in abundance.

Aromas of lemon, pear, apple and hedgerow flowers and hints of brioche.
The palate is lovely, lush and elegant and the finish long and equally luscious with a hint of shortbread.
