Greyfriars describe their Non Vintage Sparkling Cuvée as offering a very clean delicate mousse with vibrant apple and citrus fruit flavours.
The reserve wine addition gives this wine a generous and well rounded texture which reminds us of crumpets with butter.
It is soft and dry and its crisp finish makes it a perfect aperitif or great with a light fish supper.
