As Corinne Seely, Head Winemaker at Exton Park Vineyard describes it, the RB32 Brut blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from their extensive library of reserves. It is beautifully structured, precise and rounded, with extended time on lees.
Pale gold in colour, the Brut has a generous nose and a bright lemony character with notes of passion fruit and honey. Minerality in the mouth indicates a good, balanced structure, with an intense backbone and a lengthy finish with a whisper of white pepper.
