Marasby Competition Terms and Conditions

Marasby Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. Open to UK residents only, aged 18+.
2. Entries open on 27th December 2023 at 15:00pm and close at 11:59pm on 3rd December 2023.
3. Entry via the Marasby Instagram page only. To enter, follow the @marasbygb Instagram page, like the Cheesespotting post, and tag a cheese-loving friend in the comment.s
4. Multiple entries allowed and each individual comment will be counted as a separate entry. Entries through agents or third parties are invalid.
5. There is one prize available, consisting of a copy of Cheesespotting by Steve Parker.
7. Winner will be drawn at random on 4th December 2023 and will be notified within five days of draw date via private message on Instagram and on the Marasby stories.
8. There are no cash alternatives, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the tasting without notice.
10. Any prize winner who has not responded to notification within 7 days will forfeit their prize.
11. Winners consent to the Promoter using their Instagram account name and bio image in promotional material both on Instagram and elsewhere.
12. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter that are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion.
14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
